Application Process

Choose Program

Visit our Programs page and select the right program for your child — from Montessori to F.Sc or vocational training.

Fill Application

Complete our online admission form or visit campus at 39-Linear Commercial, Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi.

Submit Documents

Bring original and photocopies of required documents. Our admissions staff will verify and process your application.

Entry Test

For some programs, a short entry assessment is conducted. Results are shared within 2–3 working days.

Pay Fees

Pay admission and first month fees to confirm your seat. Receipt issued immediately. Installment options available.

Is there an entry test for school admissions?
For Montessori and Grade 1–5, there is no formal entry test — just a friendly interaction session. For Grade 6 and above, a short written assessment in English, Urdu, and Mathematics is conducted.
Can I apply online?
Yes! You can fill our online admission form on this website. However, you will still need to visit the campus to submit original documents and complete the enrollment process.
Are installment options available for fees?
Yes, installment plans are available on a case-by-case basis. Please speak to our admissions office for details. For AJF scholarship students, all fees are waived completely.
What is the age requirement for Montessori?
Children aged 2.5 to 5 years are eligible for our Montessori Program. The child should be potty-trained and able to sit independently for short periods.
How do I apply for an AJF scholarship?
Visit our Scholarships page or contact our admissions office directly. AJF scholarships are merit-cum-need based. You will need to submit an application with proof of financial need and previous academic results.
What are the campus timings?
